EU ETS Surcharge

Effective from January 1st, 2024

Please be advised that Ocean Network Express (ONE) will be implementing ETS surcharge starting from January 1st, 2024 until further notice. Tariff of ETS surcharge will be segregated depending on Trades and its amount and logic will be revised and updated every quarter. 
For more details, please refer to the customer advisory as attached below. 

The implementation of ETS surcharge is based on the extension at the directive of EU ETS toward maritime/shipping sectors starting from January 1st, 2024. For more details of the global approach for GHG emission reduction or overview of EU ETS , please refer to our announcement made on October 30th (here).
